Note from the Head Coach
Swimmers get ready to go! Dust off your "swim toys" (aka: fins & goggles), put on an Orca shirt, wear a smile, and come down to the Westover Club to give a nice big Wild Orca "hello" to your buddies and the coaches who think you're grand :). Summer season is just around the corner!
Parents please know that we coaches and swimmers appreciate very much, our wonderful Orca parent group (aka: POD Parents), and all the things you do to support the Orca program. Thank you in advance for what’s bound to be another great season.
We've got 5 dual meets this time around, Orca team spirit events in the works, and as you know ... we're just going to have some plain ol' ORCA SUMMER FUN! So,get your spirit caps on and get ready to rock & roll! Good things are going to happen!
See you at the pool :)

A UIL Regionals finalist, Cooper began his swimming as a summer club swimmer and is still in the Wild Orcas record book. Cooper graduated from Texas State in Mathematics and currently is moving through CPA coursework. In his spare time he tutors math, teaches swimming, and enjoys disc golf and bagpiping.
A Wild Orca from 7-18, Kate graduated in 2014 and took a year abroad before returning to her Orca roots. During that year she counseled children at the Wilderness School in New England and then headed to Ireland as an intern to demonstrate her social media skills magic. Kate swam for Wild Orcas for 12 years, while also competing for the JCC Piranhas, COTA and Anderson H.S. She is currently attending Guilford College in NC.
